A law firm in Concord is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in state and federal courts, preferably with a background in general litigation.

Duties :
- Assist senior attorneys with legal research, case preparation, and litigation tasks.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related issues.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Assist with case management, including organizing files, maintaining calendars, and tracking deadlines.
- Participate in client meetings and case strategy sessions.
- Provide support on various legal matters as assigned by supervising attorneys.
Requirements :
- 2-4 years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on general litigation.
- Experience practicing in state and federal courts.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
