We have partnered with our client in their search for a Lead Epic Beaker Application Analyst.
Main Responsibilities -
Project Management : Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to testing, training, full implementation phases, and final deployment / post go-live support.
Ensure all milestones are met on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Team Guidance and Support : Mentor and support internal Epic staff and external consultants, providing direction, troubleshooting assistance, and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement : Regularly communicate with hospital leadership, clinical staff, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and address any concerns.
Ensure all parties are informed and engaged throughout the implementation process.
Skills Required -
Epic Beaker Certification : Must possess current Epic Beaker certification, with proven experience in leading full-scale implementations in hospital settings.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex integration challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
Technical Proficiency : Strong technical background in Epic systems, including configuration, customization, and optimization of the Epic Beaker module.
Familiarity with relevant programming languages, databases, and integration tools essential for seamless system performance.
Project Management Tools : Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelors Degree & strongly prefers Epic Beaker Certification
- 7-10+ yrs of relevant work experience
