Job Title : Production Worker

Job Description

We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift general production workers at our main facility. Candidates will use hand tools and a tape measure to follow work instructions and assemble various components of flooring and drop ceiling products.

All lifting will be done as a team, but candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 30-35 lbs on their own a handful of times per shift.

There is also an opportunity to train on machinery once hired.

Hard Skills

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to use various tools and measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measure, dial indicator, and feeler gauges
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively unassisted for an 8-hour shift
• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience

Soft Skills

• Ability to interface with a diverse workforce
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Follow established safety procedures
• Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Red Lion, Pennsylvania.
