WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

  • You will serve as the subject matter expert for leave programs under the direction and guidance of the Manager.
  • Interpret and administer leave programs and policies in accordance with applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, etc.).
  • Administer all aspects of leave programs.
  • Provide extensive case management and coordinate administrative aspects of cases and claims.
  • Work closely with HR to approve and / or deny leave cases based on relevant medical information.
  • Coordinate and organize all medical information, ensuring HIPAA and Employee Privacy guidelines are closely monitored and effectively executed.
  • Maintain appropriate contact with team members on leave and coordinate all aspects of return to work.
  • All other relevant duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...

  • Ideally you'll have completed relevant college courses.
  • Must have Human Resources experience managing FMLA leave cases.
  • Knowledge of STD / LTD qualifications preferred.
  • Excellent technology and computer skills.
  • General knowledge of HR related regulations and labor laws (i.e. HIPPA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.).

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...

You will work in a typical office environment within a poultry processing facility using everyday office equipment.

Benefits and incentives are available after probationary period of employment, 401k available after 1 year of employment.

Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives and bonuses.
