LHH has partnered with a growing company in search of a Recruiter to join their team and help with their expansion efforts.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact on their talent acquisition strategies and contribute to the continued success of their organization.

Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry specific channels, to identify potential candidates.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment.

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools.

Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment

Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours
