This posting is seeking construction laborers for our Parkston, SD office. The Parkston office territory includes South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa and Southern Minnesota.

Pay Range$22.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.Job SummaryPerforms many tasks involving physical labor. Is responsible for keeping crew members supplied with materials, tools, etc.

Responsible for general site clean-up.Job RequirementsTravels throughout territory to assigned projectsKeeps crew members supplied with necessary materials, tools, ice water, etc.

Reacts immediately when told to go get something for crew membersMixes mortar per job requirementLubricates, cleans, fuels and oversees operation of equipmentOperates variety of hand and power toolsOrganizes and maintains job site trailers, trucks and gang boxesInventories tools and equipment to insure they are returned to trailers, trucks and gang boxes at the end of each work dayInspects all returned tools and equipment at the end of each day for damagesInsures all locks are secured at the end of each work dayUnderstands and follows MCR and OSHA safety policies and applicable lawsAchieves production rates and quality standards as set forth by the industry and MCRUses measuring tape accurately to the nearest fraction of an inchHelps monitor pedestrian traffic near work zoneWorks high above the ground from a variety of scaffolding, lifts and rooftopsBenefitsYou will find a professional atmosphere and benefits you've probably never seen before in a construction company.
