Help Desk Analyst Job Details :

  • Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-430p
  • Pay Rate : $60k-$64k
  • Healthcare Benefits after 30 days

Help Desk Analyst Job Description :

  • Provide day-to-day maintenance and support for various systems, including but not limited to workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Identify and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address underlying problems and prevent recurrence.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding system status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Manage client relationships by delivering high-quality support and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Troubleshoot both software and hardware issues, including in-house and 3rd party applications.
  • Ensure all production changes adhere to Change Management methodology for smooth and controlled transitions.
  • Collaborate with the Help Desk Manager and other team members to optimize support processes and enhance overall efficiency

Help Desk Analyst Job Requirements :

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for diverse systems and applications in a face-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Change Management methodologies and best practices
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are a plus.
  • Proficient to advanced understanding of Operating System platforms, including Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS
  • Proficient in the use of ticketing systems and knowledge-sharing platforms
