Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage operations in our high-volume distribution center. In this role, you’ll take charge of daily operations, support a motivated team, and ensure efficient, safe, and seamless processes throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct Daily Operations : Oversee all warehouse activities, including Shipping, Verifying, Returns, Inventory, and Facility Maintenance, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Hands-On Leadership : Step in and perform any role needed within the warehouse to assist the team, demonstrating a collaborative approach.
• Warehouse Opening & Closing : Handle key and alarm code responsibilities to open and close the warehouse securely.
• Resolve Issues : Manage escalated customer concerns, ensuring quick, effective resolutions while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Employee Management : Address and resolve employee issues promptly, providing feedback and support while keeping the Warehouse Manager informed.
• Team Development : Foster a positive and supportive team environment, inspiring employees to perform at their best every day.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse processes and quality control measures.
• Safety & Maintenance : Enforce sanitation and maintenance protocols while ensuring. compliance with OSHA guidelines and safety regulations, regularly inspecting the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment.

Qualifications :

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience : 5+ years in a fast-paced warehouse environment; 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Language Proficiency : Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a must.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for long periods, bend, crouch, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs as part of the daily work routine.
• Skills : Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and clear written and oral communication skills.
• Customer Focused : Strong customer service mentality with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Flexibility : Understanding our business needs and being flexible with schedules and availability.
