What You Will Do

As a Business Intelligence Professional, you will analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers.

You will identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets, construct forecasts, and develop recommendations and strategic / tactical plans.

You will also create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and may lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.

Data Analysis and Insight Generation : Analyze complex business problems using data from various sources to provide actionable insights.

Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to determine influences and inform business decisions.

Forecasting and Strategic Planning : Construct forecasts and develop recommendations based on business data and market knowledge.

Develop strategic and tactical plans to support business objectives and drive growth.

Report and Analysis Specifications : Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and available data elements.

Ensure that reports and analyses meet the requirements of stakeholders and provide clear, actionable insights.

Consultation and Team Leadership : Provide consultation to users and stakeholders to help them understand data insights and inform decision-making.

Lead cross-functional teams to address complex business issues and develop data-driven solutions.

Data Production and Reporting : Directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools. Ensure accuracy and relevance of data to support business analysis and decision-making.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

A minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (, Certified Business Intelligence Professional) are a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (, SQL, Domo, Tableau, Power BI).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and providing consultation to stakeholders.

Strong understanding of market trends and business strategy.
