- Review expense and credit card reimbursement reports for accuracy and alignment with company
- policy for appropriate expense and coding designations.
- Review invoices for miscodes and correct.
- Apply consistent and impartial set of guidelines to expenses and invoices.
- Prepare internal schedules needed for account reconciliations; including accessing third party
- partners for data and reports necessary to prepare the reconciliation.
- Assist in document gathering and organization.
- Performs end-of-month procedures as required.
- May be asked to perform analytical processes or procedures.
- Preparation and posting of journal entries to accounting software.
- Operates standard office equipment to include : calculator, photocopy machine, facsimile machine,
- computer, printer and multi-line telephone.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain data privacy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to team success by achieving due dates and team goals. Minimum Requirements
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
Ideally should be enrolled in a secondary program leading to a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar degree program.
