Licensed (Esthetician) Experienced (Min 2 years' experience providing spa hands-on spa services) including facials, microdermabrasion, LED, chemical peels, Rhonda Allison Facial treatments, body contouring, foot detox, teeth whitening, developing and selling treatment plans based on client's skin care goals and objectives and skin type / condition, recommending customized skin care treatment / products to use at home that were offered by your employer, building and maintaining clientele through exemplary service and results, excellent team player, reliable, professional with verifiable references and an excellent and stable work history and record.

Must be a min of 21 years of age (as we serve wine).

We require esthetician licenses (no cosmetology licenses accepted in place of such). Must have excellent listening, customer service, sales, verbal and written communication skills with professional behavior.

The person we seek is mature, works well with others and an effective team member, neat, clean, well versed on sanitation requirements and spa etiquette.

We off an extensive menu of services and clients LOVE our services, environment, education they receive from our talented and well-trained staff on products, services and they get great results because our staff members are well trained, kind, professional and work in an environment that creates excellence.

Applicants be able to pass drug test, work history and background assessment. We also require a non-disclosure, non-compete, employee agreement as required to work as an employee of Great Skin.

We are well known for excellence, in services, results, environment and business operating principals. In house training is provided for first year of employment and on-going training as we add additional services, products, etc.

This is an excellent and stable position with excellent work schedule and growth opportunities.

Hours : Tuesday-Saturday

Tuesday-Saturday

8 : 40 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Open until 6pm on Thursdays (so hours are 8 : 40 - 6 : 30pm on Thursdays)

Off Sunday & Monday

$650-$750 per week plus cash tips (first year) (consisting of hourly salary, commission on products and credit card tips)

$700-$1100 per week plus cash tips (after first year) consisting of hourly salary, commission on products and services that you sell and credit card tips)

Weekly Pay, Employee position, Employee discount, in-house training on our processes, but must have the required skills and experience to be hired.

This position will run daily operations of the store and spa while also servicing clients with the support of an assistant store front manager, the owner and very helpful staff, including ringing up clients as needed, checking them in and / out, managing rebooking, sales and service goals through team and self sales, answer incoming calls, when needed and time permits, making daily calls along with staff to invite clients back,in or inform them of specials, events, new services, or follow up, check in calls with them, (quality control) spa upkeep and leading by example (role-modeling the behavior sought from staff) inventory control and management, overseeing operation of spa (back of the house), opening & closing store, managing schedule, managing goal attainment, overseeing advertising results and posting on social media, managing, evaluating, encouraging and leading staff and assisting owner in expanding market share even greater.
