About the Role
In this opportunity as Manager Partnership Commercial Strategy and Business Operations , you will :
- Project manage open operational deliverables to execute in order to launch partnership, including material build framework and execution
- Understand and execute operational capabilities and strategies for Partnerships, considering nuances across partnership models and TR tech stack infrastructure
- Assist with risk and privacy assessment, pricing, material set up, billing, and partner payment model determination and workflow, with focus on standardizing and streamlining partnerships
- Assess and inform when non-standard operational and tech stack processes should be considered
- Inform strategic development opportunities within the TR tech stack infrastructure to automate and expand partnership capabilities
- Document Operational Readiness action items and hold team accountable to deliverables and timelines
- Optimize existing partnerships and explore opportunities for automation and simplification
- Determine best practices and process to sunset existing partnerships
About You
You're a fit for the role of M anager Partnership Commercial Strategy and Business Operations if your background includes :
- BA / BS degree required; advanced degree highly desirable
- 5-8+ years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of TR operational capabilities and TR tech stack infrastructure
- Strong project management skills related to planning and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously from the initial ideation through to completion, adhering to aggressive launch timelines
- Ability to lead large enterprise wide virtual teams requiring strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset, partnering with others to develop solutions
- Ability to deploy influencing techniques to drive cross-functional alignment and manage change across broad audience
- Strong communication and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities
- Independently navigate fast paced environment of change, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of SAP, MS Office Suite and Microsoft Co-Pilot familiarity is beneficial
- Knowledge of TR products and customer landscape a plus
