Job Description

Responsible for leading a team dedicated to governing and implementing information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with the organization's overall risk management strategy.

This includes reviewing risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to the organization's information systems, networks, and data.

Requires regular monitoring and reporting of compliance with established policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of potential risks and compliance requirements.

Oversees the implementation of security controls and technologies to protect the organization's information assets, including data encryption, access controls, and intrusion detection and prevention systems.

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop incident response plans and procedures to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days at one of the following locations :

• Rider, MO
• Cincinnati, OH
• Minneapolis, MN
• Charlotte, NC
• Irving, TX

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years leading a team
• GRC experience within a financial institution
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner
• regulatory reviews and auditing experience highly preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.

In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Pay Range : $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00
