YOUR ROLE

SOP Development : develop, update, write, and maintain comprehensiveSOPs for all distribution center operations

Process Analysis : evaluate current distribution center processes toidentify areas for improvement by conducting time studies and workflow analysis to be collected and analyzed so results may be shared with key stakeholders.

Compliance and Quality Assurance : ensure all SOPs comply wiht company policies and industry regulations. Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence and monitor compliance and address any deviations from established procedures.

Training and Implmentation : develop training materials and one-point lessons based upon SOPs, assist in training of staff on new and updated SOPs, support the implementation of new processes and ensure smooth transition.

Continuous Improvement : identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. Lead in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our processes remain competitive.

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 3 5-years’ experience in distribution or manufacturing environment.

Strong written communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Power Point, and Teams.

Experience in WMS system to include detailed knowledge of inventory and wave planning.

Six Sigma green belt certified or willingness to pursue.

Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.

Competent in project management.

The ability to lead continuous improvement workshops / events.

Key Performance Indicators safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

The salary for this role is $26.50 - $27.50. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
