Guest Services Supervisor
The Urgency Room is looking to hire a .8FTE Guest Services Supervisor. This role is eligible for a $1600 sign-on bonus. This position will work 32-40 hours per week, be able to travel to all Urgency Room sites, and have a focus on leadership, education, & training.
Our Guest Services team acts as the first point of contact between patients and guests of the Urgency Room and make patients and guests feel welcome and valued.
The Guest Services Team uses practical judgment for initial triage and accurately registers patients for care (collects vital demographic information, verifies insurance coverage, collects applicable co-payments or past due balances).
They support the initial rooming of patients and support front desk reception administrative tasks.
Locations : Vadnais Heights, Woodbury, & Eagan, Minnesota
