We’re looking for a dynamic leader passionate about driving sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The Director of Sales Effectiveness will lead strategic initiatives that enhance our Customer and Sales Teams' productivity, scale operations, and improve efficiency.
In this role, you'll guide a team in implementing and optimizing sales tools and processes, ensuring our salesforce is equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Responsibilities :
- Lead Strategic Initiatives : Set the vision and guide projects that boost sales productivity using tools like Salesforce, CustomerNet, and advanced sales reporting systems.
- Team Leadership : Coach and develop a team to implement tools and processes that enhance both sales efficiency and customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales Leadership to identify needs and create strategies that improve customer interactions and streamline processes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement system enhancements and policies to maximize productivity across the Sales organization.
- Enhance Customer Experience : Lead efforts to improve customer experience by leveraging new system capabilities and innovative business processes.
- Operational Excellence : Champion initiatives that remove obstacles and enhance business operations.
- Sales Training & Onboarding : Develop and oversee onboarding and training strategies to ensure new hires and transitioning employees are equipped for success.
- Communication Strategy : Define and execute a consistent communication strategy that ensures our Sales team has access to essential information.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
- Leadership & Advocacy : Proven ability to lead with a customer-first mindset while advocating for both customers and employees across diverse teams.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills : Strong mix of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Business Acumen : High level of business understanding with a knack for balancing competing priorities and providing clear direction.
- Tech-Savvy Problem Solver : Experience in leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and implementing sustainable processes.
- Effective Communicator : Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including program management and solution design with technical teams.
- Proficiency in Oracle or other ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience leading teams in techno-functional environments.
- Background in Sales Operations or Order Management.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or Agile Project Management.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, CustomerNet, and the GEA Order, Ship, Bill process.
