- This Strategic Account Executive role is remote with global and domestic travel as needed
- Deliver consistent revenue and share growth at assigned global account through distributor COGS and direct sales by emphasizing total cost of ownership and selling on value
- Identification of Capital Expenditures Projects, Successfully Influence of Specification, Tracking of Global OEM / Channel RFQ's.
- Serve as the primary sales point-of-contact for assigned global strategic account and distribution strategic account managers
- Maintain a cadence of review and manage bi-lateral / tri-lateral agreements for end-users and distributors
- Understand customer's strategic initiatives and align selling approach to meet their needs (Challenger Sales Model)
- Develop and maintain a Strategic Account Management Plan (SAMP) for each Account and utilize CRM to coordinate AOP / ATO tactical actions and manage opportunities.
- 50% travel, including international travel, to work with customers and internal resources supporting programs pertaining to MCS growth initiatives.
- Maximize new business and marketing opportunitiesvia the execution of BU Playbooks.
- Identify upcoming capital projects and drive specification. Pursue competitive interchanges on existing installations
- Maintain a management level QBR cadences with both the end-user account and distribution partner
- Prompt customer stakeholder groups to explore ideas and concerns while serving as the educated facilitator helping guide to a solution.
Teach / Tailor / Take Control
- Work effectively in a team selling environment - utilize Strategic Account Management Plan to communicate and drive assigned account's strategy and tactics to local / field sales level
- Market products to customer's unspoken concerns and priorities through use of E-Commerce tools
- Identify Regal Rexnord product gaps to promote New Product Development ideas and serve as industry expert, sales liaison and voice-of-customer with the Regal Rexnord product development teams
- Drive specification for all RRX product lines- cross-selling to provide customers a full solution
- Communicate, implement and monitor all account initiatives and programs to ensure alignment of Regal Rexnord sales, marketing and operations Drive Collaboration & Teamwork to achieve objectives.
- Deep industry / application knowledge
- Be aware of key societies / organizations supported by assigned account and determine level of support and involvement needed to drive collaborative relationship building
- Strong business acumen and executive communication / presentation skills
- Anticipates global competitive conditions / activities, identifies key industry trends, economic environment, and creates strategies to address these challenges.
- Works with the Business Unit Leadership & Engineering Management to evaluate / execute strategies for Industry or brand promotion.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering
- 10+ years Commercial / technical sales and / or Marketing experience
- Willingness to travel an estimated 50%
Pay Transparency : $120,000 to $150,000 + 30% variable bonus
