Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking a Sales Development Representative ! This full-time, long-term opportunity can lead to permanent hire and offers the chance to contribute to top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Pay is $17.50 / HR

Essential Duties :
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails.
- Identify prospects' needs and recommend appropriate products / services.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships to qualify leads.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives.
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Marketing Director.
Job Skills and Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Strategic selling skills and experience in complex selling environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

Physical Demands :
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 25 lbs.
