Position Overview :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and optimize marketing efforts, ensuring operational excellence across various channels.

Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Management & Optimization :
- Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns to align with strategic goals and achieve maximum ROI.
- Manage a substantial marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance tracking.
Team Leadership & Project Management :
- Lead and develop a dynamic marketing team, overseeing projects from inception to execution.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Operational Excellence :
- Oversee and refine marketing operational processes, including lead attribution and information flow.
- Build and implement frameworks to support scalability and enhance team efficiency.
Strategic Initiative Management :
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives from development through execution, collaborating with senior leadership.
- Support decision-making and program management to drive business growth.
Process Improvement & Reporting :
- Continuously review and improve marketing processes and procedures.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Must-Have Qualifications :
