The G&JM Strategy team is a revenue growth focused team, with the mandate to use data-driven and advanced analytical approaches to identify, prioritize and accelerate high-value acquisition and retention opportunities across the full customer lifecycle.
As the Marketing Lifecycle Strategy Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by leveraging market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute action plans, optimize journey performance, and enhance customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Roadmap Development : Utilize market research and data assets to contribute to the development of a data-driven strategic roadmap for revenue growth.
Opportunity Qualification : Support the qualification and vetting of multichannel growth opportunities across product lines through data analysis and market insights.
Narrative Development : Assist in crafting clear and coherent narratives, utilizing creative data visualization and storytelling techniques to facilitate opportunity prioritization and stakeholder buy-in.
Action Plan Implementation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing action plans for journey orchestration, including creative briefs, technical advancements, and test plans.
Performance Analysis : Analyze journey performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for future optimization, including A / B testing and optimization strategies.
Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
Project Management : Manage multiple high-profile opportunities simultaneously, strategically prioritizing time and resources to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
Hands-on Exerpience with email and digital concepts and processes including but not limited to content, design, production, scheduling and send cadence, audience targeting and segmentation, deliverability, best practices, QA and testing processes, and legal compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization recommendations.
Familiarity with A / B testing and optimization strategies.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Must be able to speak in a clear, empathic and professional manner by telephone
Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization / priority setting skills
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
Preferred education and experience :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Experience with marketing automation platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Experience with A / B testing and optimization strategies
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiar with ESP, CRM, CDP & DMP platforms and various 3rd party vendors i.e. Salesforce, Movable Ink, Return Path, BlueKai, etc.
with experience managing those relationships.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

Annual Salary
$127,000.00 - $207,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate / annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
