SUMMARY : The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective handling of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing overall warehouse performance.
This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, implementing and improving processes, and coordinating with various departments to meet organizational goals.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS :
- Lead, motivate and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high level of productivity.
- Monitor and improve overall warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized warehouse.
- Safely operate equipment and machinery
- Regularly conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Professionally and effectively communicate with all departments and outside parties such as vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE :
- Warehouse and management experience required
- Ability to work individually or with a team and complete daily tasks as directed
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to lift 5-50lbs frequently
