M-F 8AM to 5PM
Responsibilities for this position -
- Answering phones and take messages
- Assist patients with intake process (check-in and check-out)
- Manage Medical Records
- Scanning
- Scheduling Appointments
REQUIREMENTS
One to two years of related work experience including data entry.
Working knowledge of medical office procedures and Medical terminology.
Ability to accurately sort and file materials by alphabetic or numeric systems
Effective communication and customer service skills required.
ICD 9 and CPT coding experience preferred.
