The Program Manager is responsible for all logistics necessary to deliver non-credit training programming and services. These educational programs are customized to meet the needs of business, industry, non-profit organizations, and the general public in our five-county service area.
The Program Manager works collaboratively with Ivy Tech Employer Consultants, other Program Managers, community stakeholders, employers, Campus Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, program chairs and faculty to successfully implement services that meet metrics and are tied to employers, employees and College outcomes.
The Program Manager ensures services and products exceed customer and College expectations.
Assist in locating or assign the development of training curriculum, programs, and services in support of f contract or customized training, and for open enrollment courses.
Identify, hire, and manage appropriate faculty, staff and vendor resources for fulfillment of courses and programs.
Work closely with the Business Office, Academic Affairs, Testing Center, Facilities, IT, Enrollment, Advisors, deans and faculty to ensure quality programming and collaboration of resources occurs in program development for course offerings.
Coordinate collaboratively with College functional areas to ensure timely execution of programs.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and maintained including utilizing the standard terms and conditions and statewide contract templates.
Ensure that arrangements are made for appropriate facilities, materials, and equipment necessary for the delivery of services.
Work with Marketing to create materials and market programs and services.
Work with Career Link staff to ensure employer and student information is captured and recorded.
Maintain input of records of projects and other student / employer information in customer (CRM) and student management system (e.
g. Salesforce, Banner, contract CSM) to track and provide reports in a timely manner; including grades and certifications earned.
Establish, maintain, and cultivate positive, collaborative partnerships with employers and other key community stakeholders in coordination with the Employer Consultant.
Participate in training and professional development as needed.
Work with Employer Consultant to establish employer contract, open enrollment, and campus training priorities.

Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field Preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years related experience in business, industry, training, or a related activity with financial acumen.
Must have two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Must possess an ability and a willingness to travel in the performance of assigned duties.
Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
