Job Title : ERP Systems Administrator
Department : Finance / IT
Reports to : Data & Analytics Manager
Location : Onsite, Hillsboro, OR
Job Summary :
An ERP Systems Administrator is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems at HIS.
This role involves managing the ERP team, ensuring the effective integration of ERP modules, and aligning system functionalities with business goals.
The ERP Systems Administrator collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyzes business processes, and recommends system enhancements or customizations.
They lead system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and security. Additionally, the ERP Systems Administrator stays updated on industry trends, evaluates emerging technologies, and develops strategies to optimize ERP system performance and usability.
Effective communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a vision for the ERP system aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and lead a high-performance ERP team.
- Oversee planning and execution of ERP system implementations and upgrades.
- Manage integration of ERP modules and oversee customizations to meet business requirements.
- Analyze processes for improvement opportunities and collaborate with business analysts.
- Ensure integrity, accuracy, and security of ERP system data; implement data governance policies.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve ERP system issues promptly, collaborating with technical teams.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with ERP vendors, stay informed about updates, and manage relationships.
- Monitor ERP system performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and customizations.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, implement controls for adherence to standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and innovate ERP functionality and processes.
Skills Integral to the Job :
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Power BI a plus)
- Experience with database management (SQL a plus)
- Experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics is a plus
- ERP system management experience (Familiarity with Global Shop Solutions a plus)
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented with experience directing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be motivated to participate in process improvement.

Education and Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with managing ERP systems
- Experience with Global Shop Solutions or SAP highly preferred
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
