Confidential Job Opportunity : HR Generalist - Manufacturing Industry
Join a well-established manufacturing company with over 200 employees as an HR Generalist. This role offers a clear path for career growth while overseeing key HR functions, including employee relations, policy administration, HRIS transactions, and performance management.
You will work closely with front-line employees, managers, and HR leadership to ensure smooth operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation
- Handle HRIS transactions (new hires, changes, terminations) and compliance
- Support recruiting efforts and guide managers through the performance review process
- Partner on Workers' Compensation claims, ADA requests, and employee training
- Ensure adherence to company policies and state / federal regulations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing; PHR certification is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential matters professionally
