Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Experience in a business office or educational / professional equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance
Preferred Education and Experience
- Property Management experience
- Associates Degree in business administration or related field
- Experience working with special needs populations
Essential Functions

Leasing / Compliance
- Review tenant applications; maintain waitlist; verify eligibility
- Collaborate with Occupancy Specialist to ensure compliance with HUD guidelines
Property Management
- Maintain excellent curb appeal of the facility and grounds
- Coordinate repairs with the maintenance department
- Clean and ensure units are in satisfactory condition during move-in / out
Rent Collection
- Collect monthly tenant rent and maintain account balances
- Monitor account balances and send delinquent notices as necessary
Unit Inspections
- Complete quarterly unit inspections unless more frequent inspections are needed to address safety and sanitary conditions
- Maintain a copy of the quarterly inspection in the tenant’s file
- Report any concerns surrounding the completion of a quarterly unit inspection
- Maintain compliance with facility requirements
- Complete inspections for recertification, move-in, and move-out
Emergency Intervention
- Provide on-call services for major unit problems or emergencies
- Serve as the first point of contact for after-hours concerns
- Collaborate with Clinical Team in addressing any concerns
Tenant Relation
- Maintain excellent rapport with tenants and visitors
- Organize and facilitate tenant meetings
- Serve as a resource for tenant inquiries, complaints, and / or concerns
Communication
- Engage in open communication with Clinical Team, Maintenance, and Managers
- Collaborate in problem-solving for property / tenant issues
- Provide feedback to various staff working in different departments
