- $455,000 Guaranteed Salary with 2 to 3 year term
- $wRVU Production $55 / wRVU
- $Sign on Bonus Available

- Established practice, take over established practice / 20 years
- 22 referring providers to ensure success, no competition
- General surgery and Scopes
- 1 : 4 but only C-Section call / NOT general call
- Dedicated Staff and well supported

- Board Eligible or Certified is required within 5 years of training
