With a view of the Rockies and Boulder’s famous Flatirons, and located on Pearl Parkway across from Boulder Creek, coming to work will feel like an adventure selling the best product available for the mountain lifestyle.
We are part of a family owned and operated company, Fowler Automotive, which has been around for 50 years now. We’ve grown from one store in Colorado to five in less than 4 years and need talented individuals to continue our growth.

Compensation through March 2024 month end has our team members tracking 60,000 annually on the low end and multiple tracking at or above 100,000 annually.

Job Responsibilities
- Understand and implement every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
- Present and demonstrate inventory
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
- Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
- Must be familiar with utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Education and / or Experience
Experience, education, bilingual and prior sales training are a PLUS but not required.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier
