A day in the life.
As our Account Manager on the Private Client Services team, you'll assist in the development of the Private Client Insurance department through the growth of new business and retention by providing prompt, accurate, professional service and sales to clients, producers and carriers.
This role will be able to manage multiple priorities efficiently,municate with clients in a clear and concise fashion, identify issues and implement appropriate resolutions, collaborate with other team members and carrier partners for best practice sharing and to increase knowledge base, understand the holistic personal lines model and cross sell lines appropriately to mitigate client risks, and desire for continuous learning to keep ahead of industry trends.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :
- 2 years insurance industry, laws, products, coverage's and markets experience.
- Knowledge of insurancepany markets and conditions, binding authority, procedures and underwriting guidelines.
- Ability to negotiate quotations with underwriters and evaluate the clients' needs.
- Be a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply :
- Property & Casualty License (required within 3 months of hire)
- CISR designation (required within 3 years of hire)
