Overview : As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and management of the property.
You will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, manage resident relations, and uphold the overall standards of the condominium community.
Responsibilities : Resident Relations :
Resident Relations :
- Act as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, promoting a sense of community and satisfaction.
- Coordinate resident events and activities to enhance community engagement.
Administrative Duties :
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of leases, contracts, maintenance requests, and other pertinent documents.
- Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and other communications to residents.
- Assist in the management of financial matters, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
Maintenance Coordination :
- Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and upkeep of common areas and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance issues and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, coordinating appropriate responses and communicating with affected residents.
Vendor Management :
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for various property needs, including landscaping, janitorial services, security, and repairs.
- Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Compliance and Regulation :
- Stay informed about local laws, regulations, and condominium association policies relevant to property management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and association meetings.
