Essential Functions
The mission / vision of this role is to be the Lead UX person on assigned account(s). This role works closely with SEO Directors on strategy, leading UX capabilities on their respective account(s) and QAing the work produced by the UX members for overall quality, adherence to best practices and strategic alignment with the Objective Key Results (OKR's) for the project.
Other responsibilities include being listed on account leadership charters, contribution in regular customer meetings, contribution to scoping new projects, and delivering results in quarterly business reviews with clients.

Responsible for :
- Works closely with client and internal team to develop and lead the UX / CRO strategy incorporating marketing, content, and design thinking principles.
- Understands and documents client needs / business goals to develop and optimize their websites to drive user engagement.
- Ability to think creatively and find solutions that show the value of UX in meeting OKR's.
- Creates roadmaps that include UX, CRO, or User Research initiatives where applicable.
- Gathers necessary requirements to create an accurate scope and project plan for multiple tracks of work.
- Willingness to negotiate deadlines or projects to ensure a focus on the right initiatives while balancing team bandwidth.
- Review artifacts from UX team members and support in creation of items like user stories, page audits, low-to-mid fidelity wireframes, and user research plans when needed.
- Analyze competitors via usability heuristics or onsite user behavior via website analytics and heatmapping data to identify areas for improvement and new initiatives.
- Conduct design thinking workshops with customer teams.Ability to communicate rationale or context for UX deliverables for those at all levels of UX understanding.
General
- Consistency in approach across functional leadership.
- Client work - client communication, high level execution (IC), Client POC.
- Set standards for customer work, assist in QA to ensure OKR achievement.
- Pinnacle lead with discipline expertise that contributes to the broader account strategy.
- Escalation POC for the discipline on the account.
- R&D for client / customization of strategies.
- Contribute to and co-present regular customer reporting.
- Actively ensure cross-disciplinary collaboration on tasks as necessary.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
- Ability to quickly translate and communicate complex problems or concepts visually.
- Strong proficiency in developing wireframes, site maps, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity or experience with research operations or running moderated user research projects.
- Experience with commonly used design tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under shifting deadlines.
- Proven team leadership qualities, including the ability to offer positive reinforcement, hold others accountable and provide constructive criticism when appropriate.
- Develops proactive positive relationships with peers within different parts of the organization.
- Actively supports information-sharing across business levels, functions and organizational boundaries.
- Past experience with working in an agency environment dealing with client communication and project suggestions is a plus.
- Must have experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A / B testing.
