Overview

Full-time position with a pay range of $76,230.00 / Yr. - $90,000.00 / Yr. Benefits start on day 1.

Shift Days / Shift Time : TBD

Benefits on Day 1 include health / rx, dental, vision, FSA / HSA, supplemental life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, paid sick time, STD / LTD, ESOP, and holiday pay for company designated holidays.

Primary Responsibilities

The Program Manager leads and advances KeHE's Employee Benevolence Program during a time of rapid organization growth, ensuring employees receive compassionate, confidential, and timely support in moments of acute need. Acting as both a case manager and thought leader, the Benevolence Program Manager will set the strategy, systems, and partnerships to create a best-in-class program that reflects KeHE's culture of excellence and care. In addition to stewarding employee benevolence, the Manager will oversee the CAREstream program, an initiative that supports the holistic flourishing of our KeHE Cares partners. Program Development & Management

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance KeHE's Benevolence Program, including policies, guidelines, and technology systems.
• Manage the full intake, evaluation, and response process for employee benevolence requests, ensuring compassion, timeliness, fairness, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to identify employee needs and guide appropriate support.
• Build and steward relationships with external partners (counselors, financial advisors, nonprofit collaborators) that complement employee care.
• Track, analyze, and report on program data and outcomes to ensure accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
