KeyResponsibilities :
- Actively pursue new business and establish marketing andcanvassing plans.
- Analyze market and customerneeds and align sales strategies.
- Provideinbranch training and coaching for staff.
- Conduct onetoone reviews and appraisals according tocompany standards.
- Handle daytoday inquiriesfacetoface and via telephone.
- Ensurecompliance with legislation and industry standards.

Knowledge &Experience :
- Previousexperience in estate agency.
