Our firm is seeking a Chicago-based, highly motivated associate with 2-7 years of experience to join our growing firm. Excellent writing and analytical skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, and top-tier academics are a must.
Commercial litigation and antitrust / class action experience is a plus.

Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.
Perform factual and legal research.
Prepare legal documents.
Participate in discovery / depositions.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Illinois Bar Association.
2-7 years associate experience, commercial litigation and antitrust / class action experience desired but not required.
Strong research, analytical and writing skills,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Salary commensurate will skills and experience.
