Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Remote, Access Security Engineer. This individual will work EST hours, and be responsible for managing 2 ticketing ques in ServiceNow for a Cybersecurity Engineering Team.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will take initiative to resolve pending tickets and operate as a problem solver to assess, resolve, and move tickets along quickly providing tier 2 support.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years experience in the information security space providing tier 2 support
- Demonstrated experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- At least 1 of the following certifications (CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician, Microsoft Technology Associate - Security Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, or SSCP)
- High School Diploma

- Associates or bachelors degree
- Resolving tickets in ServiceNow
