Bookkeeper Position

Our client, a Beverly Hills certified public accounting firm, is seeking a full-charge bookkeeper to join our team

The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience and must be able to work under limited supervision.
This position is a full charge bookkeeper who will have direct contact with clients and will be responsible for bill-paying, bank reconciliations, invoicing, preparation of financial statements and recording broker statements, as well as other standard bookkeeping responsibilities.
This is a full time position with a salary range of $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a complete benefits package including medical insurance and paid time off.
Qualifications :
3-5 years’ experience with responsibilities described below :
QuickBooks expertise
Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Type 40 wpm
- Ability to work overtime during busy seasons
