Executive Financial Analyst FP&A - Fleet Controlling

Job Description

SIXT is seeking a motivated Executive Financial Analyst to support in the administration of P&L activities and enhance the overall control environment as it relates to Fleet needs through strategic modeling and analysis.

This candidate will have strong experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and supporting the development of the annual Plan.

Key responsibility in providing Senior Leadership with actionable business insights that will drive results and contribute to sustainable EBT growth.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Owning projections and translating financial results into key performance metrics to provide senior Leadership with actionable insights critical to managing current and future Business direction.
• Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts focused on fleet cost analysis, and margin modeling to provide visibility into performance of key strategic objectives.
• Support and steer projects end-to-end with responsible stakeholders to optimize fleet cost for North America.
• Analyze rental fraud patterns, recommend counteracting solutions, and steer the rollout of software and hardware solutions to prevent stolen vehicles.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to ensure Business needs are met.

Qualifications

About you :

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. MBA Preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Data Visualization (Power BI, QuickSight or similar), Excel and translating raw data into financial summaries and actionable insights.
• Proven communication skills with strength in driving organizational change.
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
• Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
• Provides input into developing the budget.
