This is a Hybrid Telework opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

As a member of the Capture Management team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our ACS market segment and helping the capture organization achieve success in a dynamic and competitive landscape.
THE WORK
As a member of the Capture Management team, you will lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts or task order business.
You will shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the competitive environment, and the corporation's best interests.
You will develop a capture strategy including identifying potential customers, completing competitive assessments, identifying teaming suppliers, and bid and proposal activities.
You will lead and integrate a cross-functional team and have authority to direct team activities for the duration of the capture.
