Family Law Paralegal
Thriving Denver law firm has an immediate need for a Family Law Paralegal with at least 2-3 years of experience who is looking to be part of a collaborative work environment.

Candidates must currently reside in Colorado within a two hour drive to Denver (e.g. Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins).
Out of state candidates will not be considered.
Job Duties :
- Manage a high-volume caseload with critical deadlines.
- Draft and review pleadings and motions under attorney supervision.
- Review personal financial documents and draft sworn financial statements.
- Prepare discovery and trial exhibits.
- Calculate and calendar deadlines using docketing software.
- E-file legal documents through the Colorado Courts E-Filing System (CCES).
Qualifications :
- At least 2-3 years of family law paralegal experience.
- Knowledge of family law court rules and local rules / procedures for e-filing.
- Well-developed skills in editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition.
- 4-year degree or paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.
