Job Description :
The University of Florida Advancement Digital Communications team has an opening for a Student Assistant starting Fall 4.
This position provides support to the Digital Marketing Team in the following areas :
- Producing digital communications to our Alumni and Donors
- Data reporting and analysis to our collaborators
- Project Coordination
- Website and graphic design support
- Assistance with event marking as needed.
- Drafting and reviewing social media content as needed.
Salary starts at $. / hour with a minimum of hours a week required. Work hours are between 8 am 5 pm (candidate picks schedule based on class schedule).

Minimum Requirements :
This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Other Personnel Services (OPS) and must maintain a minimum 2.
0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications :
- A basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of basic web programming.
- A basic understanding of Adobe products is helpful, but not necessary.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Have a strong work ethic.
