Responsibilities :
- Emails prospective volunteers details about available volunteer positions.
- Updates volunteer spreadsheet with current closers and other volunteers.
- Coordinates with Closer / Cleaning Coordinator and Deep Clean Volunteer regarding scheduling of new volunteers.
- Attend bi-monthly volunteer meeting. Attend at least 4 deep cleans throughout the year.
Actively seeks out new volunteers (closers, coordinators, or for event programming) and works with Social Media volunteer to advertise positions.
Seeking out volunteers or posting about volunteer opportunities should also be in local community groups and / or posting posters about Swap & Play in local community or play places.
