This Fall internship will begin in September 2024 and end in December 2024. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship.

To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university. Upon the completion of a successful internship, you will be eligible for full-time employment consideration in 2025.

Primary Purpose :

The Business Development intern will play to play a pivotal role in driving company growth by both sourcing exceptional talents and acquiring valuable customers, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Utilize various platforms and networking channels to source potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating interview logistics, and providing support throughout the recruitment process for field placements.
  • Contribute to enhancing our employer brand through social media engagement, participation in career fairs, and the creation of captivating recruitment materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify target customer segments, develop outreach campaigns, and execute lead generation activities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities.
  • Support in nurturing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and addressing customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in analyzing key performance metrics, tracking recruitment and sales activities, and generating insightful reports to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments including HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align business objectives and ensure a seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Proactively seek learning opportunities, participate in training sessions, and leverage feedback to enhance skills and knowledge in business development practices.

Education and Experience :

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Previous internship or work experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and build relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving results.
  • Prior internship or relevant experience in business development, recruitment, or sales is preferred.
