Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs)Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and develop treatment plans in coordination with Medical DirectorsEngage with patients through telehealth platforms, providing compassionate support and education on recovery strategiesRequired QualificationsActive Nurse Practitioner license in North CarolinaMinimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder in an outpatient settingDegree from an accredited nursing program and a graduate-level nurse practitioner program3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferredExperience managing substance use disorders in a chronic care model with medication-assisted recovery
