Job Description :
Fast paced firm seeking personal assistant to Principal.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS :
Personal Assistant to Principal :
- Pick up principal and drive to appointments, office, errands. Work Monday- Friday, up to 10hours.
- Handle requests and queries for Principal in a timely and appropriate manner
- Manage Principal’s schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Make travel arrangements for Principal
- Personal errands for Principal
- Manage personal repair and smaller construction projects for Principal
- Help with Principals dog (pick up and drop off to dog sitter)
- Act as the point of contact between Principal and the public
Team Support When Needed :
General office maintenance of personal and shared spaces
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Experience working as a personal assistant and / or in a personal driver
- Must be organized, a team player, willing to pitch in wherever necessary
- Must be ok with dogs
- Must have valid Driver’s license, good driving record
Experience : 5 years plus working as personal assistant / driver
Education : High School Diploma
