Associate Attorney

Responsibilities :

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Assist with case management and preparation for trial
• Attend meetings with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case

Skills :

• Strong research skills, with the ability to effectively use legal research databases such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Proficient in legal drafting, including writing clear and concise legal documents
• Ability to litigate cases in court and present arguments effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' interests
• Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
