A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success (AMER) for a hybrid or remote position.Key Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance and support for successful client engagementsDevelop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction across all solution areasCollaborate with internal teams to align customer success initiatives with business objectives and track key performance metricsRequired Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in customer success in a related industry3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably collaborating with technical stakeholdersExperience working with CTOs, CISOs, and CIOs at large multinational / enterprise companiesProven leadership skills in building and leading customer success organizationsExperience in a CSP, Security, or Networking company is a plus
