A fast-growing, vertically integrated generic pharmaceutical manufacturer with U.S. and overseas operations is looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead the team. The organization specializes in high-quality, affordable medications and maintains a strong focus on regulatory compliance, customer service, and continuous improvement across its supply chain.

Summary :

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across U.S. and international manufacturing sites and CMOs.
  • Oversee procurement, planning, logistics, and S&OP processes; report directly to the CEO.
  • Manage 4 direct and 4 indirect reports; key member of the senior leadership team.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategy, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials, optimize inventory, and support working capital goals.
  • Guide make / buy decisions and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and distribution standards.
  • Build and lead high-performing global teams focused on operational excellence and cost optimization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced credentials preferred.
  • 10+ years in supply chain / logistics within generic pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and leading global teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, customer focus, and financial acumen.
  • Skilled in process improvement, compliance, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
