Job Summary : As the Head of Marketing & Catering Sales, you will be in charge of Schlotzsky’s marketing initiatives and drive our catering sales strategy.
Your mission is to increase brand visibility, build relationships within the community, and secure new catering orders to fuel our growth.
You will be the face of Schlotzsky’s in the field, engaging with potential clients and crafting compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Catering Sales :
- Identify and target potential catering clients, including businesses, schools, and community organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective catering clients.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our catering offerings and secure new orders.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure exceptional service and product delivery for catering events.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive results.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local markets and community engagement strategies is a plus.
