We are seeking a dedicated individual for the dual role of Driver / Central Supply Clerk.
As a Driver, you will ensure all residents arrive and are picked up safely and on time for all appointments, special events, and outings.
As a Central Supply Clerk, you will order, stock, and inventory all purchases of nursing supplies for the facility.

Drivers must have the following :
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum of 1 yr. experience driving a 16-passenger van
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Illinois driver's license
The Driver will :
- Ensure safe and on-time transport of residents to and from scheduled appointments.
- Safely transport residents to and from special outings and assist with outings.
- Ensures vehicle is always maintained inside and outside.
- Maintains vehicle maintenance log.
- Monitors and ensures appropriate fuel and vehicle fluid levels.
- Able to relate professionally and positively to residents and families and to work cooperatively with others.
The Central Supply Clerk will :
- Inventory and track equipment within the facility, i.e., pumps, poles, concentrators, nebulizers, mattresses, etc.
- Maintain preventative maintenance and repair logs for each piece of equipment.
- Fill requisitions from departments for routine supplies and equipment per established policies and procedures.
- Ensure that supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
- Maintain par levels of supplies and equipment required.
- Organize storage, issue, and delivery of supplies and equipment per established policies and procedures.
- Ensure inventory is updated as required when receiving / issuing supplies and equipment.
- Maintain infection control procedures for both clean and dirty equipment and monitor clean and dirty equipment areas for cross-contamination.
