Tasks will include :
- Reimage new laptops using Deployment Server and Intune imaging tools
- Once imaged, will work with the user to swap out the new laptop with the old one. This will include shipping and receiving of laptops to / from end users (refresh and give back) from / to HQ
- When the user receives the new laptop, will assist the end user on the first login, and setting up their accounts on the new laptop
- Also be tasked with troubleshooting end users related issues for staff working on site
Experience and skills will include :
- Knowledge of Intune Imaging tools is a MUST
- Knowledge of computers and other hardware devices
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting, Ethernet and IP configuration
- Knowledge of software distribution and patch management
- A+ certified required
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong customer service / communication skills
